☆ Why is this piece so special? ☆
Bacaro was born in 2000 in Bezerros, a city in the interior of Pernambuco. He became an artist as a child and today already has a vast collection of works, in which he values the richness of detail. His first woodcut was made around the age of 4, and without a doubt, the influence of his father, the great master J. Borges, was the driving force behind his artistic career. But despite having quality in their productions, their styles differ considerably, and about his creative process, Bacaro says: “My inspiration comes from everyday life, from what I feel, from what I see. I always try to show the elements of my place, the people, what they go through; I also bring in my works the manifestations of social causes.”
