From the seeds of tiririca (a type of weed) harvested in the Cerrado (Brazilian savanna), Krahô jewellery emerges: light, delicate, and full of ancestral wisdom. Between July and August, the older women of the community, guardians of ancestral knowledge, harvest and meticulously process the tiririca, which involves carving and roasting it, transforming it into beads of different shapes and sizes, giving life to beautiful bio-jewellery that transmits the strength of these women and the Cerrado. Each necklace is born in the rhythm of the forest, in a process that respects natural cycles and the knowledge passed down through generations.
